A pharmacist is a health professional that makes sure that medicines are used properly and in the right dosage or amount. They assist floor pharmacists regarding tasks such as IV drip check etc. They form part of the pharmacy management services to ensure that the system for pharmacists is always intact and stable. They are also the ones who supervise pharmacy technicians, making sure that they are doing the right job and that they get their tasks done for the day. In a regular day, pharmacist jobs can range from a very specialized task like preparing medicines, mixing formulas etc. or something more simple or clerical, but no matter what their job is, being a pharmacist is an important part in a patients’ life.
